Bishop's Covenant Ministry
Bishop's Covenant Ministry is a ministry where Bishop Terry McCaskill Sr. becomes a spiritual father for those pastors and ministries who need a covering. Spiritual covering is so important in this day and time because so many pastors and ministries are standing alone in their struggles; therefore, they need someone who will cover them with wisdom and love like Elijah did for Elisha, Samuel did for David, Paul did for Timothy. Paul said, “Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ" (Galatians 6:2).

How will Bishop McCaskill serve your ministry?

- Bishop will counsel pastors who need spiritual guidance.
- Bishop will intercede for the pastor and the ministry to be blessed in their deeds.
- Bishop will give advice to the pastor and the ministry when they seek it only.
- Bishop will support the pastor and the ministry in the times of trouble in the ministry.
- Bishop will not counsel members nor get involved in the business affairs of any church or pastor unless they ask for assistance-only if the pastorrequests help!!
- Bishop will not doctrinize any church he covers outside his own ministry.
- Bishop will serve as a resource center for workshops, church growth, and mission work.
- Bishop will have no power over the ministry or the pastor who seeks him as a spiritual father.
- Bishop will not speak to a member of a pastor's church unless he has the pastor's approval.

What Bishop expects from the church and Pastor he covers?

- Bishop expects to hear from the pastor and ministry once a month to pray with them and give them a chance to vent when burdens get heavy.
- Bishop expects the pastor and the ministry to sow back into Mt. Sinai World Outreach Ministry once a month. No amount is set for this and no letters and no calls will be made to remind pastors and ministries to do this because it is a spirit led move.
- Bishop expects pastors and ministries to fellowship with him during the Holy Convocation that will take place once a year at the home location.
- Bishop expects the pastor and ministries that he covers to respect all denominations and cultures.
- Bishop expects all pastors and ministries to be a ministry of integrity and righteousness.
- Bishop expects all pastors and ministries that are under his covering to respect those who he covers, even though there may be some difference of opinion in theology and worship style, teaching style or preaching style.
- Bishop expects all ministries and pastors to respect his ministry by not interfering with the Mt. Sinai congregation, business matters, nor serve as a counselor to Mt. Sinai members.
- Bishop expects all pastors and ministries to keep all matters of counseling confidential that is discussed about your church and ministry.
