Bishop Terry McCaskill Sr. is a native of Charlotte NC. He is the proud son Dr. B.C McCaskill and the late Nannie L. Carson. Bishop McCaskill is a third generation preacher and pastor. He has been preaching for thirty years. Bishop gave his initial sermon at Bethlehem Christian Fellowship Church in Gastonia NC, where the late Bishop David Adams was the founder and Senior pastor. God blessed him to be ordained by the late Dr. W.C. Haye, founder and pastor of Galilee Baptist Church of Winston NC.

Bishop is the proud husband of Lady Shelia McCaskill. He is blessed with five beautiful children, Latoya, Nelvin, Terry Jr., Terrel and Terria. He is blessed to say that all of his children are saved and active in ministry.

Bishop McCaskill is a man of education and salvation. He graduated from Livingstone College with a BSW degree. While in college, he was honored to be in the Who's Who among college students. Bishop was bless to attend Shaw Divinity in Raleigh NC. Bishop also graduated from Morehouse School of Religion ( ITC ) in Atlanta Ga. with a Masters of Divinity. Bishop attended Erskine Seminary where he received a Doctor of Divinity.

Bishop McCaskill has received numerous awards including the Young American Award of Excellence from the State of South Carolina and The Outstanding Business leaders Award . He has served on the school board of Calhoun School, served as a board member of Southern Housing Builders and Clemson Community Assistance.

Bishop served as pastor of many churches including: Mt. Olive Baptist in Salisbury NC, Ebenezer Baptist in Seneca and Queen Street Baptist in Greenville. God led him to start Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, a ministry to reach the outcast for Christ in 1992. Mt. Sinai Baptist, now known as Mt. Sinai World Outreach Ministries, started out with only 28 members and God sent over three thousand people to join . The ministry has grown from one church to one church in eight location (Pendleton , Greenville, Spartanburg , Hartwell Georgia , Greenwood , Accra Ghana , Ibadan Nigeria ) . Bishop now covers many pastors and churches in other countries and cities .

Bishop can been seen on TV as well. He has been on The Inspirational Channel, Word Network and is on WGGS and Direct TV Channel 16 every Sunday at 7:00 pm reaching millions of people for Christ . Bishop is not about fame and a name, he is about reaching the outcast for Christ .
